After receiving an enquiry from a large dental practice regarding a quote for the servicing of their autoclaves we quickly investigated what makes and models they had and the key requirements they had. Within weeks we found that we had won the contract on the basis that our prices were competitive, our response times to repairs was excellent and finally we were the only service provider who could manage all of their autoclaves.
Case Study 2
At Medicert we pride ourselves in the service and support our clients receive. For example, one of our clients had purchased a new autoclave from another equipment supplier. When the autoclave broke down, the practice was told by the provider that an engineer could not attend for some considerable time so the practice contacted us to see what we could do to help while they waited. With only one autoclave in the practice, they needed an urgent solution.
They still had their previous autoclave, kept elsewhere and so, following our suggestion, they placed it back in the practice and the following day we serviced, pressure vessel inspected and calibrated it, enabling them to work again. We now look after autoclaves at two more of the client’s practices.
